A Landing site is ready in a few days. Business and Booking sites take roughly one to two weeks, and custom 3D/film projects are scoped individually. Clear dates are agreed before we start.

Three correction rounds are included in every package. That is enough to get it right. Further rounds are billed by effort.

You give us the essentials about your business; we handle the wording. Photos and visuals we can create for you with AI, matched to your brand, or we work with images you already have.

Not at all. If you don't have one yet, pick your preferred domain at a registrar like GoDaddy and order it. An email package alongside it gives you a professional address at your own domain. It stays in your name and your account from day one. When your site is ready to go live, you share access with us once, we publish and set everything up, and then you reset your password, from that point it's entirely your space.

Every site runs on a Care plan so you never have to think about the technical side. Care · Static is €29/month (hosting, SSL, daily backups, security, monitoring) and covers Landing, Business, a salon-style Booking on a simple inquiry form that forwards requests to the email address you choose, and cinematic custom builds. Care · Managed is from €59/month and adds a self-service panel where hotels and restaurants upload their own menus and offers themselves (e.g. as PDF). With a real booking system (synced via iCal and Google Drive, with automatic confirmation) it is from €89/month; we set up the booking account for you and hand it over (you reset the password), and your usually-free tool subscription runs in your name. The Care plan is required for every website. It runs for at least 24 months, is charged yearly in advance and renews for 12 months at a time unless you cancel at least 3 months before the end.

You just tell us: “can you change X” or “I need a quote for Y.” We send you the price and a payment link, you pay, we do it. Even after your website is built, we stay by your side and help you quickly and without hassle.

Your domain stays in your name, and the texts and photos you provide remain yours. The website itself is part of our service: we build it and run it on our infrastructure under your Care plan. If the Care plan ends, the website goes offline.

That is what the three correction rounds are for. We adjust the design with you until it fits. Further rounds are billed by effort, and you get the price before we start.

You pay the project price in full through a Stripe payment link that comes with your quote. Card and other common payment methods work. The Care plan is charged automatically through Stripe once a year in advance.

We work with business customers only. DISERVAR is a Thai agency based in Thailand, and Thai law applies to all contracts.

Yes. The essentials are built in: clean structure, correct metadata, fast loading, mobile-first, and the keywords that matter placed where they belong. At launch we submit your site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools and request indexing, so the engines pick it up quickly. Want to go further? Add the SEO package (€99) with your order: targeted keyword analysis for your industry (and, for regional businesses, your local area) with content optimized around it. The GEO package (€248) includes the full SEO package and adds a dedicated page built for AI answer engines: real customer questions with clear answers, so your business gets picked up and cited by services like Google's AI and ChatGPT.

Yes, genuinely. DISERVAR is based in Thailand and works with native Thai and native German speakers in-house, advising fluently in both German and English. Our real strength is genuine market expertise across three worlds: the Thai market, which we know first-hand; Germany and the wider DACH region; and international, English-speaking markets. That sets us apart from agencies that only chase Thailand keywords from an office in Europe, or the reverse. We serve clients in Germany and the DACH region, international clients in English, and German-speakers living in Thailand.

One language is included in every package. Each additional language costs €149. German and Thai are handled by native speakers in the team, and we work in English too. So your site reads naturally in each language rather than machine-translated.

Fast is the default, not an upsell. Our standard sites (Landing and Business) are built to score around 97 and up in Google's Lighthouse performance test, because clean, lightweight code is simply how we work. Sites with heavy interactive features (3D showrooms, cinematic video) trade some raw score for the experience; there the focus is smooth, stable playback rather than a headline number.
